    I didn’t watch the stream, but I’m pretty sure it said on the website that it would be delivered by the 21st.

    They would 'start' being delivered right after stream, but will be delivered through to the 21st. So if by the 21st you don't have it, then I'd look into seeing if there's an issue.

    I was tempted to start a thread, so thank you for doing it.

    Although Gina said the pet would start going out as soon as the stream was over, she also stressed that it would be a slow process. The news announcement said the pet was "to be delivered by Monday, September 21," which could either mean before Monday or before Tuesday, depending on how you interpret "by."

    For what it's worth, every time I watch a stream (my accounts are linked) I do not get the drops. I always have to submit a ticket. 🙄

    Haven't yet, but I am a bit confused. In the announcement article, they said it would be sent our way on Monday, then during the stream they said first that the torchbugs would be sent right after the stream ends, then they said it might take time to send them all. I am not too worried yet, I think I'll wait after Monday's maintenance and then, if I haven't recieved anything, I'll send a ticket. :-)

    The stream was awesome, by the way, they had a lot of good surprises in stock for us. :smile:

    The siblings were separated at a young age due to a Dres slaver raid, Blue, Cobalt, Ros-Ei & their mother were able to escape, Crimson & Bone weren't that lucky. Crimson was later "rescued" by some Orcs that later ambushed the House Dres Dunmers, unfortunately one Dunmer remained & sadly successfully brought the young Bone-Thuxis to the Dres plantation. Later an Imperial, a Tharn, bought Bone at a auction & later told he was free, the young Argonian sadly had no idea where to go & doesn't know if his family was still alive, so the Tharn adopted him into House Tharn. This family of Argonians finally reunited years later.

    Check to make sure twitch is linked. For some reason the twitch link was dropped from my account. I can live without the pet and 4'ish gems. Would be nice if it wasn't so hit or miss.

    I got it in my e-mail but it's not on my account like it says it is. I tried redeeming the code that came in the e-mail and it throws out an error.

    I have the same issue as kiksadi. Got the email saying the pet has been applied to my account (no mention of a crate), but it's not in my collections and manually redeeming the code gives an error message.

    Same thing as with two previous folks, email came but no pet ingame.
    More than that - it shows 'flying pets' category by searching 'purple' but it's empty.

    I also just restarted the game to be sure it wasn't because it arrived while I was in game, but still no purple torchbug in my collections.
