Unfair Social Mute

Hi.
Something quite frustrating happened to me. I was deconing some stuff and then, out of nowhere, got a social mute... Can't access guild bank/store/traders, send emails, trade, etc.
I did nothing wrong. Latelly I've been seeing a lot of people complain about those unfair social mutes, and now it finally happened to me. Could I please, have this fixed?
I opened a ticket about it: 200914-004338
