I just completed the timed achievement "Stonethorn Conqueror", however it is still showing as being unearned. Is this a known issue?

✭I have also experienced this issue. I've finished both dungeons on vet on the same character and I did not receive this achievement. I also noticed that the achievement states that 0.00% of players have completed this achievement, suggesting that this is bugged.1 -
