Mount Removal?

Hey guys, I was wondering if it was possible to remove your active mount from your character inventory. I want to transfer my mount into the bank to give to my other character. But i don't know if this is possible. Is it?

    Your mount is not in your inventory.

    Yeah i know, I trying to remove it..like move it to a bank slot. I want it out lol

    Out of what though. It is not in anything. It is bound to your character as far as I know.

    yeah exactly..its bound to me. Is it possible to unbind it. Sorry I wasn't clear enough.

    No, you can't transfer mounts between characters, you will have to buy a horse for the other toon.

    Yeah i didn't think so..bummer. I wasn't looking forward in spending another 42k lol
