Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by "don't look down on video games". That makes no sense whatsoever in the context of this topic.
I'm not sure what a "lore bible" is either but the Elder Scrolls games are full of lore books and denying that they contribute to the depth, history and mythology of the series is completely illogical. Maybe it's because English is not your first language but I'm having a hard time deciphering what you mean exactly, apologies if I've misunderstood.
