Dark Cloak does not grant Minor protection

✭✭✭I went in and checked. I see "Dark Cloak" buff with "Reduces your damage taken by 8%" tooltip and same buff in combat log. Also after casting it I receive less damage than after casting Suprise Attack (to account for Shadow Barrier).
So it looks like it's just displayed weirdly.0 -

Yes, I noticed that too just now. Makes me wonder if it would stack with buffs that do give the minor protection icon.0
