Dark Cloak does not grant Minor protection

Well, topic.
Says it should give Minor protection for the 6 sec duration but no.

So, selected this morph for the first time today. I see no icon for minor protection on my character sheet. Still not fixed?

I reported this like 8 months ago, here on forum and ingame, theres been no word yet so I guess this is one of those things that wont be fixed.

I went in and checked. I see "Dark Cloak" buff with "Reduces your damage taken by 8%" tooltip and same buff in combat log. Also after casting it I receive less damage than after casting Suprise Attack (to account for Shadow Barrier).
So it looks like it's just displayed weirdly.

Yes, I noticed that too just now. Makes me wonder if it would stack with buffs that do give the minor protection icon.
