Totally understandable, eso have been a big part of my life since beta testing, i would be devastated, and frantic too! Nevermind the trolly ones, hang in there and they will sort it out. Just don't be surprised about long answer times, and know that updating/adding to your ticket will put it back at the front of the queue

But they probably won't come out and say "we flag accounts that go over this exact limit" because then bots and/or laundering accounts would try to squeak under the known limit.
