Account blocked im in depression

I've been playing for almost a month. Nearly 400 CP. Created characters for daily tasks. On September 5, 2020, I purchased 3000 crowns from my card to my account. We agreed with the guild mate that I will send him a gift of the Mundus stone for the house for 4000 crown(I had another 1500 with a subscription). And so he sent me a game mail ESO 1580k. My attempt to send the stone failed, as the game reported that you need to wait 3 more days to send gifts. Well. The gold was sent back to the sender in an equal volume of 1580k. After 20 minutes, approximately throws out of the game. You can't log in to the game with a message that your password or username is incorrect. Attempts to log in to my account on the ESO website are interrupted by a message that my access to the site has been suspended.
Please understand this situation. I'm in the deepest depression. Loss of 2500 rubles and a month of daily gameplay. This is cruel, unfair, and tech support ignores completely.

    So you're telling me that your guild mate got their gold sent back in less than a day from what looks like a scam to support while I've been waiting for 19 days to get my gold sent back from a scam with all the evidence needed? God, it really makes me think support just spins a wheel to decide what tickets are going to be solved. Best of luck you since getting banned for something completely out of your control is ridiculous and I hope it gets resolved asap.

    Totally understandable, eso have been a big part of my life since beta testing, i would be devastated, and frantic too! Nevermind the trolly ones, hang in there and they will sort it out. Just don't be surprised about long answer times, and know that updating/adding to your ticket will put it back at the front of the queue :)

    My account got hijacked and I cant recover it at all its perma banned

    I am grateful to everyone who supports me. This strengthens my faith in the community. I can change my password, my account is blocked but not banned. I don't have access to the game or my personal account on the site. I also get ads, for example about new products.

    I have depressive disorder, so that my big problem of emotional reactions so hard for me.
    But that time i got big emotional damage when my account was blocked. Thanks to all people who helps me.

    The gifting system in this game is really restricted for new players. I think when they first rolled it out they had some abuse issues and locked it down tight. Time passed and the restrictions no longer affect most players, but if you are new...yeah, don't even try it for about a month.

    BTW: I don't know if it's still like this, but I got burned one time trying to gift something to an account that refused the gift. I already had the item. There it sat in limbo with no way for me to recover crowns. I was FORCED to give it to someone else.

    Hopefully this has been changed as some time has passed.

    Don't even expect anything like this. I can't remember if ZOS ever compensated anyone for anything.
    Also 5 days of sub is like, what, around 150 rubles? IMHO, not worth worrying about

    Bots can (and probably have) brute forced the system and have enough data to actually know the limits. The information is in the hands of the people it's meant to prohibit while innocent people lack the necessary information to keep their accounts safe.

    Yes, I understand the necessity to keep algorithms "secret" so they can't be abused, but what we're seeing lately is the exact opposite. The number of innocent players facing punishment looks like it's at an all time high or at least the forums are seeing the impact. It is important to combat bots and actual TOS violations, but not when it comes at the cost of good, honest players just trying to enjoy the game.
