I personally think that it just auto-picks a random admin/mod when it sends out that invite.

Kai is the forum moderator for the german section of the forum (just jump to "Deutsch" in the toggle (right upper corner, below "buy now" ). You probably just got an automated mail, but are welcome to stay.

I also got an invite from ZOS_KaiSchober. It was entirely in German, even though my account is registered in the US.

Just took the invite code from the end of the invitation URL and signed up on the English forums.
