too many bots and cheaters - cancel subscription

i'm not enjoying this game any longer. this last week i was unable to enjoy one single dungeon because of bots and cheaters that zenimax is allowing. most dungeons now marked as finished on my character weren't finished by me but by a bunch of cheaters that stole my fun and the boss drops.

i was expecting to be able to play at least until the end of the first month, but the game got ruined by cheaters too fast. so, at this moment i have 15 days of game time remaining, and i want to stop playing while it's not enjoyable.

- is there any way to put my account in stand by right now and save my 15 days of game time remaining for a future time if you decide to ban all those cheaters one day, or is there only the option to cancel the subscription?

- if i cancel my subscription today will i lose my 15 days of game time remaining? or can i cancel my subscription today and use my 15 days of game time remaining in a future month when i decide to return?

if you take too long to reply i'll lose my remaining days of game and i'd really like to save it for a time after you ban all the bots and cheaters. please let me know how can i keep my account in standby waiting for your fixes on cheaters.

I don't think you can "freeze" game time so to speak. Also if you cancel you still get whatever you paid for since they don't do partial payments. It's more of a use it or lose it kind of deal.

As for the Bots and cheaters, I'm not really going to touch on that. Once they do get the game to the standard you're happy with then you should just be able to resub again and play.

You can cancel and still play what you have paid for. I'm honestly thinking of doing the same. Way to many bots ruining PVE for me and PVP xp is just not worth it.

I will probably take another look in a couple of months but I am so disappointed. Questing that should be good is just poor because of mainly bots, but also the lack of Instanced area's.

It's ridiculous that you can play almost a whole map zone building up what should be a really good end of story battle.Then you run in and have the boss a couple of hits away from being dead because the people in front of you have all but killed it. I don't mind public dungeons buy key stories... come on! I'm supposed to be the hero not the bloody rest of the world.

I am also thinking of canceling my subscription. I was going to subscribe for the 180 days but am discouraged now due to bots everywhere and quest bugs in the game. I'm hoping that the bots will be dealt with by the end of the month.

so, as much as i understood the only way is to keep playing and cancel the subscription only after i spent all my remaining days, right? should i do it in the last day or can i cancel now and keep playing my remaining days?

it would be great if they send us a newsletter to our email informing when the bots and cheaters were all banned.

No, if you cancel your sub you can play the remainder of what you have already paid for. Only when you run out of time will you not be able to play.

If you don't want to keep playing you can go ahead and cancel now and keep the remaining days you paid for. P2P games usually charge you upfront for the game time and whatever you do with it after that is your prerogative.

So cancel now and you'll still have access to whatever game time you paid for/free trial is left. But cancel too late and they'll bill you for another 30 days.

yes, seriously. i really didn't know if i could put the account in standby or if i really had to cancel. i don't play a mmo since a long time ago and the last one i played had a "vacation mode" that i could activate and put my account in stand by and preserve my payments. why is that so funny?

Be patient, mate, the game is in it's early days. I did find myself on that situation too, and agree w @kylemelhuishb16_ESO ...we're the bloody sole heroes! I realized that i had options:

1- Hit the boss, loot him and move on.
2 - Did he/she had low hp? Did i have the time? Wait for next spawn and own his/(preferably)her rear.
3 - No time? Brb then...

This is not a game to be finished in a few hours of gameplay, i believe. Not counting BETA, i had early access, a month included w 14 days or so to end, and i chose the 3 months option. It gives an idea of how long i intend to play, exactly the same as you. I know my pc is rock solid as it is but i'm getting black screens that can happen from a few secs to a few minutes...at the moment, the game, for me, is completely unplayable. But, we're being part of MMO's history and both Zeny'n'Bety still have my full support, as they've always had since Morrowind. They're both famous for their amazing content and their bugged content, is what i've learned from my experience w them. Perfection can never be achieved, and forget about it on a project like this w it's age, but can be pursued...and they actually pursue it, mate. They really do.

A bug here and there is frustrating. Like in previous titles i learned that if it's bugged, i'll brb...because it's not linear and i've always finished the quests. Hell, even found the bloody horse i got from the Dark Brotherhood after a few weeks, in Skyrim! Seems like i left it parked in Riften...and was so glad that Zeny'n'Bety hadn't made an update w traffic wardens...

It's annoying, yes, to see fast trackers spamming bosses...it's a shame, yes, that we don't have a Fus Ro Dah to push a botter out of place...but they paid for their game and are paying for the sub, it's their account that will go puff if you, and everyone else report it. From the game, no need to log out. I started doing it to the ones that send me PM's about buying gold, the title of the message is "Guild Announcement"...might give you an idea of how fkin' annoying it can be, specially near the weekend...

There's options, let's use them!

Damn it, did i write all that? Game must b in maintenance mode...

yes, i understand that, and that's the main reason why i prefer to leave for a while and return in a few months if zenimax decide to ban all the cheaters. i don't bother much with the bugs bacause i'm sure that those will be fixed soon and i can wait for it and keep playing, but the bots and cheaters are a different thing, i already lost the opportunity to play most of the dungeons because zenimax keep allowing the cheaters, so, i prefer to stop and leave a few for a safer moment before it's too late.
