From Psijic Order skilline: "While you are casting or channeling a Psijic Order ability you gain Major Protection, reducing your damage taken by 30%."

I am asking to clarify for guildies of mine that put skill points into it, claiming it procs major protection "while you are instant casting". My logic is that no, it does not proc from an instant cast, since "instant" implies 0 cast time.
