2 weeks stuck at vet 1, Zenimax support completely unhelpful

Not sure how many others are affected by this buggy game but I'm still stuck, even after the patch updates, at vet 1 with no ability to progress to vet content since the game refuses to grant me the final storyline quest.

Zenimax support agrees all per-requisites are done and I should have the quest. So do they grant me the quest? No they keep escalating the issue on and nothing is done to resolve it. They go silent for days. I've interacted with upwards of 5 different people now. Every interaction starts the same. Have you logged out and back in? My response, have you read my ticket since it's an escalation?

How do they expect to retain customers with this incredibly poor level of support? Not being able to give a player a quest so they can continue to play the game they paid good money for? They need to call Blizzard and ask for training on proper customer service.

I have this exact same problem now too. I hit V1 last night in Coldharbour, but the "God of Schemes" quest won't start.

The prophet and Sai and company just stand around in the harbourage. I've tried jumping from wayshrine to wayshrine, city to city, hoping the prophet will appear and give me the next quest, but nothing's working.

Have tried /reloadui and /camp several times. Nada. I read somewhere you need at least 3000 veteran xp to start it. I have 7000+ by wrapping up a few lingering quests, still nothing.

    WTH?

Is the quest God of Schemes not starting as NPCs don't interact? That one hasn't worked since early access unfortunately.

I do not have this issue as I am lowbie, I do how ever have the misfortune of needing customer service to do their job and help a friend out.

I had this issue upon hitting v1. Deleting every quest in my quest log fixed it. If that doesn't, you could try picking up a new quest and deleting that one.

ZOS has this bad habit of not informing people of what is going on.

It doesnt matter what you do, they just wont communicate much as if it is some big secret.

I'm talking to people in Coldharbour right now, and some say they abandoned it because it was impossible to finish, and now they can't even get it back again. Same boat I'm in. I dropped every other quest I had, and grabbed one again and dropped it. Thanks for the suggestion, but no change here.

This is not an improvement ZoS.

This one starts with the Prophet appearing to you anywhere on Tamriel after hitting 50/VR1 and after Coldharbour is completed. Going into the Harbourage prior to him appearing the NPCs will be non-interactable. The issue he's having is the Prophet isn't appearing to him at all to start the quest.

I don't have problems with the bugs, ESO dev team seem to be trying their damnedest to get stuff fixed. What I do have problems with is Zenimax's support. I understand they're getting swamped, but this progression blocking issues going on for days are rediculous. He should have had a maximum of 2 escalation, one to an immediate manager and the next to tier 2 support who should have been able to fix it. Having to jump through hoops for several days just to play a game you're paying for is damn stupid. The canned responses when it is obvious they haven't fully read, or at least understood the ticket is infuriating.

I was stuck for a total of 4 days in Coldharbour for the portal rooms and the statue room bugs, and with the canned response of try relogging etc... I gave up and went and did some PvP. Eventually got through the portals by a friend saying a GM was in zone manually restarting the portals, and the statue room just after a reset (thanks to a guildie saying it was working).

Thankfully the issue affecting the OP didn't affect me, final Harbourage quest went without issue.
