Unable to link my account to my Xbox profile

I unlinked my account on EOS and was going to link my new account for Xbox live to it but it won’t let me on either platform Xbox or brower on my phone

If it is Xbox, and you want to change the Xbox Live Gamertag your ESO account is linked, you should contact Xbox Support.
There are no platform transfers of accounts or characters between PC and Xbox.0 -
