Inappropriate social ban for my family. Again!

I have just raised a new ticket reference: 200905-002912. In relation to a social ban applied to three accounts.

An earlier ticket from July ( 200725-003993 ) for the same issue is now closed.

Three of us in the same family play together from time to time from the same location/IP address. It seems that each time we do we all receive an arbitrary social ban with no warning or explanation. This is bad enough but knowing that you freely admit that it can be up to 10 working days before a ticket is addressed is more than a little frustrating.

This issue really needs to be looked at as we are all subscribed ESO+ members, and we are beginning to wonder what it is we are actually paying for. It certainly doesn't seem to be customer support or service!
