Just eliminate leveled gear entirely. Problem solved.
This right here black desert and mabinogi have no level restrictions on gear just make gear cp 160 and have it level scale with your character it would eliminate uselessores and materials a few guild trader categories for underleveled gear. That way you van play game gain meaningful drops that aren't instantly useless soon as you get them since they not 160cp
To get your first 150 CP points to spend on your build why else.
You only ever have to worry about getting past it one time on your account, twice if you play on both servers, personally don't see it as that big of an issue, with enlightenment you can level to CP 160 fairly quickly.
The CP150 gear is still used even once you reach max level for daily crafting and master writs, would be annoyed if they suddenly scrapped the lower level crafts and made us make CP160 versions for those, if they did that they would need to increase the drop rate from metal/jewelry/clothing/woodworking nodes considerably or prices would skyrocket for all the upgrade/raw/refined mats for those crafting skills.
You also need the lower CP solvent/poison mats to level alchemy, they would need to do a rework of not just the leveling system but the crafting system as well all for a fairly low priority issue.
Maybe its coming with the planned CP rework that we are getting at some point but I am thinking that will most likely relate to the higher end of the CP scale doubt they will want to create more work for themselves touching the lower end of the leveling scale as well but who knows and doubt they are scrapping CP since from what little they have said they have called it a rework of the system not a replacement.
