I've been unable to experience the full game for about two weeks now. I first sent in a ticket asking if I was social banned to which zos replied no, then I sent in another ticket asking for help fixing my glitched account. They replied fairly quickly asking for more information but went silent once I explained my issue.
Issue being I cannot send mail, trade with other players, talk in any message chat (I can type and send but other people wont see it,) I can't access guild traders or guild banks, and I cannot invite players to group on my main toon because it'll repeatedly tell them that they've failed to join group. Is this a common issue? I've read other reports that are similar to mine but there was never a direct solution.
