I haven't been able to send a message to anyone for a week. I can not trade with anyone. I cannot access the guild market. I cannot group with someone else.
I reported this to support. but they haven't responded for 7 days and I can't play the game properly.

✭Sounds like you have a social ban. As for support, average response time right now is 10 business days (so weekends and bank holidays are not counted). Also if you update your ticket before you hear back from them you push it to the back of the queue and have to wait over from the start again.1 -
