Error 500 issue

I just downloaded an update for the PTS and can't log in. When I try I get this error message:

Error 500 (3:1:1369:0)
Data version does not match the client version.
Please make sure the game is fully up to date.

The game is up to date so how can I get logged in on the PTS? What is the problem?

I saw that and did all that and still get the error, that's why I posted here.

If you're still getting Error 500 with the PTS client, you may need to delete the current client and completely reinstall the PTS from scratch.

I am, even a repair didn't work. I'll delete and reinstall it.
