Was inactive on account for almost two years, found out in email I got banned.

Hello dear friends,

first of all this is really stressful for me now as I am trying to recover my main account which apparently got perma-banned last year.

Therefore since I couldn't log in to the forums with my main account I had to buy a new ESO copy just to try to reach to someone here, great idea I know.
Anyways I have been sending a ticket to the ESO customer support and I am waiting for days and days already without a reply, this is really an urgent thing as I suspect my mail got hacked probably because I had an phishing attack before.

I changed my email as well and sent a ticket from that new mail meanwhile I had to completely recover my original email, set two factor authenticator and change everything from password to recovery methods etc. I am also sending this from my phone as I have to completely scan my PC from viruses, my head hurts and I am really stressed out...

I am with this game literally from the beginning and have my friends in the game, invested thousands of hours and currency in the game and now I can't even play the game with my account as I wanted to return to the game and play it with my friends for the new updates.

Please help me out guys this is really hard to fight with and this account is everything for me, it means too much for me to lose it please.

    Post the ticket number and tag one of the mods like @ZOS_BillE They can at least tell you if your ticket is in the right place. Unfortunately due to the pandemic response time can be extra long so expect 10 business days or thereabout. Also please note that any update or alteration made to your ticket before support responds will push it to the back of the queue and your wait time starts over again from the beginning.

    What ZOS_BillE seems to do, at this stage, is make sure that the ticket is in the right spot and let you know that it will take time for support to get back to you. Posting the ticket number here is not required, but it can give peace of mind.

    Meanwhile, you wait. One ticket is enough, and it is not helpful to write directly to customer support and ask about updates, as both send you back to the end of the line.

    You can, however, write in here all you want.

    Stop replying to the ticket unless Zos replies. Each time you reply when Zos not updated the ticket it gets sent back to the end of the queue. The same happens with opening up additional tickets and I have seen this with other games as well.

    Edit: Also expect at least two weeks for a response as CS has been backed up due to COVID.

    Hmmm. If you're banned I guess you can't log in to the support site I guess? I believe in that case the correct approach is to click on "account recovery" and proceed from there.

    Unfortunatly the creation of multiple tickets pushed you back farther in the queue each time one was created. Similar happens when updating the ticket without a response from Zos. I have seen other games do the same.

    It should be at least two weeks form the last time a ticket was created on the issue based on what has been said in other threads and the feedback Zos has been providing.

    11 days have past since this thread and about a month since my original inquiry.
    More than a year since account ban about which I had no idea until recently.
    I have no replies about my issue, this should be priority over someone being naive and losing crowns compared to my described issue hello is there someone?

    Today I got a reply, which seems automated and generated without even an agent assigned which says like this:

    Greetings!

    After a thorough review of your account, it has been determined that the account did in fact violate our Code of Conduct. We regret to inform you that your appeal for an account ban reversal is denied due to the evidence within our system for running a third-party application.

    Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been decided that the ban on this account will remain in place, and that all services related to this account shall remain deactivated permanently. This decision was not made lightly, and it is final.

    I wrote them reply to this ticket I hope I didn't wait for one year just to get this for a reply, which looks as an automated response....

    My account was compromised I wasn't using my account for the past two years and I found in email it got banned, now I found out it was banned because of this reason.
