Hello dear friends,
first of all this is really stressful for me now as I am trying to recover my main account which apparently got perma-banned last year.
Therefore since I couldn't log in to the forums with my main account I had to buy a new ESO copy just to try to reach to someone here, great idea I know.
Anyways I have been sending a ticket to the ESO customer support and I am waiting for days and days already without a reply, this is really an urgent thing as I suspect my mail got hacked probably because I had an phishing attack before.
I changed my email as well and sent a ticket from that new mail meanwhile I had to completely recover my original email, set two factor authenticator and change everything from password to recovery methods etc. I am also sending this from my phone as I have to completely scan my PC from viruses, my head hurts and I am really stressed out...
I am with this game literally from the beginning and have my friends in the game, invested thousands of hours and currency in the game and now I can't even play the game with my account as I wanted to return to the game and play it with my friends for the new updates.
Please help me out guys this is really hard to fight with and this account is everything for me, it means too much for me to lose it please.
