Can't attack while moving

Simple as it sounds. I can not light/heavy attack while moving. I can cast fine, I can stand still and attack, but if I'm walking/running then 90% of the time I can't attack. If i'm holding down two direction buttons then 100% of the time I can't attack. I used to be able to do that just fine. I've tried log in log out dozens of times, esc in and out, zoom in and out (fixes the one direction running a little but usually not and not for long), reload UI, removing addons, loading different menus (group, guild, inventory screens) to no avail. I'm a sorcerer with destro staff if that helps. Anyone got an idea? Again, I used to be able to do this just fine, started a few days ago.
