On August, 9th, while playing Battlegrounds, a hit received from an opponent has sent my character flying over the Arena. Few seconds later, I was kicked for "Exceeded bandwidth limit" and since then the character Lily Benele has been locked under Error 326.

I sent a support ticket 200809-004575 together with the report from the game consultant.
No reply at all since then, even if about a week ago the ticket marked itself as "updated" without any reply on either side.

It's been more than 2 weeks since I submitted it.

Can someone check if the ticket is in the right place or provide any help unlocking my character?
