I really hope someone can help me. I've just bought the game for my partner as a gift, but like an idiot, forgot he had an account already and bought the Greymoor Collector's Edition of the game. But of course, I now can't add the code because it's not an upgrade but a full version of the game.

Is there someway I can swap his account to this new version of the game? Or will he have to start a new account?

I'm such a twit.
