This one handed in a prepared delve quest on about 12 apprentices.
One fireplace recipe was gained from all of this.
Khajiit feels this is unlikely to be a very rewarding and enjoyable pursuit with these drop rates ...

✭✭✭I think most likely given what you've posted they are rate limited to one per day per account, or something along those lines.1 -

✭I had saved boxes in hope that they would drop plans (and they do lol); So far it seems about 1 in 6 boxes to me, but RNG is hard to tell so soon. (2 green, 1 blue and 1 purple) For the purple, I stopped opening in case the purple has a cooldown like the purple plans from urns.
edit: I will keep an eye - so far all the ones that dropped plans were ones I had saved up before the update...

✭At 21 boxes opened and 2 so far (one green, one blue). Drop rate in all makes me think I won't be rushing to do these dailies anymore than I was before (which was pretty much never).1 -

✭✭✭It actually seems to me so far, based on the above comments and my own experience, that the drop rate is not too bad. Thank you, Zos.
