After the patch, the map zoom out doesn't work... help?

I'll try to explain myself. When I'm on a city and enter to the map, I can't make a zoom out of the city.
I used the right button of the mouse, but is not working anymore.
Do I need to change a keybinding or something?
I can't figure it out.

If the issue is not add-on related, you can try resetting all key bindings back to their default.
From the key bindings menu, you can reset by using the following:- Select R to load keyboard defaults
- Select F to load gamepad defaults
