Just keep sending them. When they email you you can actually reply. I have done it before and got a 'human' response. Cross your fingers and hope the patch will fix it but either way you might have to remake.

they have always responded to me without automated response, perhaps you need to be more detailed, do not keep spamming them though - check your emails for a response and if you do scroll down a little and you will see their reply. I sent a request for a forum account as I deleted the invitation given to me to join them back in January after being accepted for the beta =\ ... they helped me so fast had around 3 responses in 3 hours... in which they created this forum account I'm using right now the 3rd email was to confirm that I received an email about my forum registration. Which is really good - I've waited days for replies on other games...

To get to the main quest you need to complete all required quests in Coldhabour first. Then you can complete the main story quest given at the Habourage.

Well your lack of responses gives us only one option... guess.

If you dont want to respond that is fine, but dont snipe at people for asking/suggesting.
