Toppling & Explosive Charge Bug

both abilities after the patch are NOT working for me I submitted feedback in game but I also want to know if anyone else is experience this same issue. The only way I can ever get the ability to work is either by logging all the way out. Or transporting to another place and even then it doesn't work. You cannot use the skill even when targeting anyone the skill box is completely grayed out.

I dunno if this is a bug or just the lag yesterday, but streak was casuing some hilarious rubber banding too, also made ppl untargetable for a short duration.

Yep, all gap-closers, including dk Leap ult

are bugged on battlegrounds and Imperial City.
Just when you think that after desync bug they cant be broken further...

Yepppp. Still happening, there's like 7 of these threads now. All target based gap closers just stop working randomly.

lol nope, in their "wisdom" they've decided to wait to try and patch this AFTER the imperial PVP event... because who needs access to skills that literally make or break their builds during the exact event time they need them most...
