both abilities after the patch are NOT working for me I submitted feedback in game but I also want to know if anyone else is experience this same issue. The only way I can ever get the ability to work is either by logging all the way out. Or transporting to another place and even then it doesn't work. You cannot use the skill even when targeting anyone the skill box is completely grayed out.

are bugged on battlegrounds and Imperial City.
