well as in the title i have a g15 keyboard and want to know, if i can use my keyboard for this game. i didnt have it for long and dont know much about it .

it has a screen and other things on it that can help with the game..the keyboard its self works fine.. if you don't know what a g15 keyboard is maybe you should't speak or at least look it up and spare yourself the embarrassment of looking dumb

Saerydoth✭✭✭✭Be very careful with that keyboard, do not make macros that implement delays or repeats with the keyboard software, as this is considered botting.
If you stick to using the software to remapping keys only, you'll be safe.0 -

Willow✭✭✭I use mine as I love the ablity to have my keyboard lit up in a dark room. I also use the lcd panel to keep an eye on my cpu usage.0 -

SinfulSoul✭✭✭When I craft I just setup a toggle macro to keep pressing R and go afk for a few minutes. They can bite me if they want me to tediously keep pressing R to craft every single time. Press G7, go afk for 10 minutes, come back and I have a ton of stuff made.0 -

That's botting. I would be very careful with that if I were you.
The game is new so I haven't really seen this come up much yet, but I saw it in WOW before. Blizzard has pretty much the same terms of service that ZOS does, and they consider it botting, and they can and will ban accounts for it. Haven't tried macros--normally, I wouldn't even consider them, as I think using Macros is the definition of lame, but seriously--having to hit R a bunch of times is soooo silly -- They should just have a craft all choice to keep going on a specific item until your mats are gone. I'm thus considering doing the "R repeating" thing if I get more into crafting lots of stuff. I don't see it as botting in this case---it's more a workaround to a design flaw they just haven't gotten around to fixing!

Exactly! If I could set it to make 120 consumables and press R and it'd make them all, even if slow as heck 1 at a time, I'd never have to use the macro from my G15. I'm a Provisioner and I make food for myself and guildmates, and I'm not gonna sit there hitting R over 100 times to make the food. Until they make it like every other game, I'm sticking with my macro for pressing R when I go make consumables for me and my guildmates.0
