coolmodi✭✭✭New patch and still not fixed. Imho this is more important the fixing quests (which is the only thing happening).
I can just skip a quest and play on, but if skills/skilllines are not working (correctly) i can't do anything about it

Certain main quests were bugged which were required to be fixed to carry on progressing. So those quests are more important than this but yes it is annoying still and I'm sure they're aware of it and working on it.0
