The question is simple: What is your relationship status with ESO?

    It's complicated
    the drive to be in an elderscrolls type environment coupled with the fantasy of other players involved is absolutely intoxicating and drives any elderscrolls fan into its game only because we have the illusion that it will be similar to the elderscrolls title we fell inlove with, AND has other people that are alive and we can Fight them in PvP and play with them in the PVE experiences instead of just the NPC's we are accustomed to in the single player titles from zenimax and bethesda. however, that is not what we find here in elderscrolls online, NONE of those things we are chasing do we find here in eso, Although, every now and then, there is are these moments in which VERY rare occasion where we "Might" find a small glimer of hope and chance at those things but we quickly come to realize that "no, no, this is close but not what i had in morrowind, oblivion, or skyrim" and that drives us away just as strongly as we are driven to stay. we do however find others that have left eso long ago and they seem to be doing very well yet, it is truly a tragedy and a nightmare and an addiction that some of us are unable to yet right now break free from because we are disillusioned that there is still hope that we might find what we have been looking for for so many years now.

    It's not just "every now and then", but not "in every free moment" either. I play regularly, when I have time, and except for some bugs I'm totally okay with ESO most of the time. The only thing which really annoys me so far were the lags and server problems during the last few weeks because they literally rendered the game unplayable on some days.

    Married for now, but when AoC comes out ESO doesn't stand a chance. There has been way too much of a disconnect between developers and the community for too many years for this game to withstand the test of time against MMOs that bother listening to their community.

    Definitely married. I'm having some real life stuff going on so haven't been able to play so much lately mainly because of my lack of concentration and just not being able to get into anything but once I've sorted that out I'll be straight back into it.

    It's a game, not a partner. If I feel it I'll play (server permitting), if I don't I won't. The game isn't a person, it won't love you back or anything. It's like a book, it's just there, you can pick it up and read or not, the book neither knows nor cares.

    I occasionally have a peak at the forums to see if lag in cyrodiil is fixed, then I see it isn’t so I lose interest entirely again.

    When things work. Heck yeah fun game. When you start to see all glaring issues that get ignored and things stay broken or break its like welp other mmos do it right.


    Lag is also annoying on pvp side of things. As well Laglorn.

    But like I said when it works I enjoy the game.

    It's only the best mmo currently available. But just now performance and quality is at point I do not feel playing is fun for me, so I do not. Not expecting any improvement.
    Going to check New World preview soon. If it is promising I'll preorder it (I never preorder anything I have not tried!) if it sucks maybe the whole mmo genre has gone stale for me.

    I love the game my favourite MMO but at the same time I don't like the bugs the lag and there's several things I'd prefer changed or fixed or whatever.
