So after the latest patch I was unable to login and kept getting error 201. After submitting a ticket and going through their list of fixes with no solution I managed to find the problem myself. I completely uninstalled my antivirus and reinstalled and the error went away.
Problem is now I keep getting "Incorrect Login Information". I can login to the account manager with the exact same password just fine. It says my subscription is still active and i didn't receive a notice saying I was banned, and shouldn't be banned for the fact that I haven't even used a guild bank.
It has been 3 days since I submitted a ticket now and all I get from Zeni is "I have processed you're information to the redguards and will get back with you shortly." I haven't been able to log in for 5 days now....
