Error 201 [fixed] followed by Incorrect Login Information after latest patch

So after the latest patch I was unable to login and kept getting error 201. After submitting a ticket and going through their list of fixes with no solution I managed to find the problem myself. I completely uninstalled my antivirus and reinstalled and the error went away.

Problem is now I keep getting "Incorrect Login Information". I can login to the account manager with the exact same password just fine. It says my subscription is still active and i didn't receive a notice saying I was banned, and shouldn't be banned for the fact that I haven't even used a guild bank.

It has been 3 days since I submitted a ticket now and all I get from Zeni is "I have processed you're information to the redguards and will get back with you shortly." I haven't been able to log in for 5 days now....

    This is the exact same issue that I have. I bought the game and installed it on the 15. April and haven't been able to log in to the game to create my character... Keep us updated if you manage to fix this.
