Prayer Shawl only affecting 3 players?

Prayer Shawl has 2 seconds cooldown on the shield proc itself and priorities the wearer first. In that case, max of 3 players including the wearer will ever get shielded within 6 seconds assuming shield never breaks. If it does break, how is this set prioritizing targets? by low hp?

So are we suppose to use Prayer Shawl in 4 man content and Combat Physician in a trial setting?

Actually, ability to "apply iceheart" every 6 seconds for 6 seconds to whole group just by casting altar is pretty good for progression groups. It's the same case as Gossamer, it was useless in leaderboard groups (outside of Falgravn HM) but was an absolute blessing for progression groups. Gossamer is RIP this patch so new Combat Physician is a viable replacement.

But yeah, Prayer is definitely meant for solo and 4-man content.

I pointed this out in the set feedback thread, but it's not the whole group. It's 3/4 members in a normal dungeon which makes it kind of awkward, as it's a bit like roulette trying to figure out who may take the extra damage during aoe. I'd prefer if they'd tune it down to 1.5 secs for this reason but it doesn't look like it will go that way.

Ewww was planing to use it for some pug or new player but if it's just 3 people it just trash.
I'm glade I don't have gold it yet.
