[SKILL|LIGHT ARMOR] Evocation bugged?

I just spent my skill point on this and it "Reduces the Magicka cost of spells by 1% per piece of Light Armor equipped.", then goes on to saying "Current bonus: 0%.". Why would I get 0% bonus when every piece of armor I'm wearing is light armor? Can anyone confirm if this is a bug and if I am really getting the bonuses making it just misinformation coming from the skill description?

    The spell is not working if your armor is broken, equipp one piece of new/not as damaged armor and it works perfectly.
    Warden Main apparently... 7 Wardens currently, otherwise a healer of every class.
    Mostly active in No CP PVP on EU, blaming the buffbot meta in pve.
    I want to feel like I am saving somebodies life, not like I am carrying amunition for them...

    Ah, yes! Many thanks, it seems my armor broke after fighting a good few bosses. I equipped new armor and it's working like a charm.
