Had this bug for a few days now mostly seen it in Shadowfen but was wondering if anyone else has had it and if there is a known cause/fix.
Randomly NPC voice over will stop being audible in conversations, a /reloadui seems to fix it sometimes however I haven't been able to find the cause or a fix for it yet.

SMW1980b14a_ESO✭✭✭It happens to me sometimes, too. Started after 1.02 patch as best as I can recall. Sometimes it'll happen 2-3 times an hour, or not at all. When it occurs voice overs stop as you said as well as other sounds like footsteps and the horse whistle.

✭I too have had sound drops since 1.0.2, I can lose voice, footsteps, sound effects in any combination, but never music. The missing sounds will come back then go again apparently randomly.0 -

gunplummer✭✭✭My friends and I chat through steam and sometimes I lose sound completely. This also happens in my guild voice chat too (TS, Ven). Once i'm out of chat everything goes back to normal. Not sure if there is any fix for this.0 -
Angua✭✭✭This has happened to me multiple times since beta. Sometimes it'll randomly be gone and then the next screen it'll be back.
It's a blessing when it happens to Angier Stower, Daggerfall Bank Lady however.0
