The moderation is most likely being handled by algorithms, and while they may need tweaking, I don't think the larger problem of the sort of people that Twitch draws and the sort of stuff they mostly spam is really solvable from ZOS' end.
I’m a bit annoyed I haven’t gotten mine yet too, but yeeeesh, that’s a bit tacky 😬Quakecon might as well have been named "where's my pony con?!" I love eso and I too wanted my pony but the incessant pony questions have been maddening. People were throwing legit fits in twitch chat and making it impossible to ask sincere ones.

It wasn't just the Quakecon stream getting hammered with that request.
ANYONE who was streaming ESO content over the weekend was getting invaded by rude pony people demanding to know when their pony was going to drop.
It has shown us that ESO has a huge following, Twitch moderators are actually deleting chat text that mentions ESO
seriously what gives?
If ZoS feels that ESO is taking up time from the other games, why not just have your own con, or at least a con dedicated to the Elder Scrolls franchise? The interest is there considering that chat on twitch is mostly ESO/TES fans.

If people could learn to read, they would've known how to get there pony and if they clicked the "schedule" button right below the stream, they would've seen when and where ESO streams were happening.

ESO has always had a following, but in past QuakeCons, I always felt that ZOS and ESO were the *** step-child that no one talked about in polite company.
