where to tack a compensation buff for tank NB?

in my opinion, the most fair way would probably be to tack it onto the shadow tree ultimate, its a pure tanking ultimate and its abandoned for obviously incap due to the magicka/stamina regen on attacks. if we had the option to take the shadow tree ult to sacrifice some regen I think that would be a good trade off. its not something everyone will take.
honestly quite simple as a while slotted effect on the ult: take 10% reduced damage. it won't be abused in PVP because everyone takes incap. and tank NB really needs that 10% damage reduction unless your running some really well coordinated core teams
I think it would even make sense on just the bolstering darkness morph as thats what tanks go for. either way I think that would be pretty fair.
