The Elder Scrolls Online v6.1.3 brings back the Witches Festival for testing this week, in addition to additional short tests in Cyrodiil affecting AoE abilities, which you can read more about here. We’ve continued to implement fixes for the Stonethorn dungeons, plus some combat abilities and item sets, housing systems, and more. We’re also testing out some upcoming changes to the times when Guild Traders swap, which is detailed in this post. The size of this patch is approximately 254MB.

    Witches Festival
Witches Festival returns for testing! Defeat bosses throughout Tamriel for opportunities to earn Plunder Skulls, which contain a gamut of ghastly goodies and ghoulish treasures. Blow the Witchmother's Whistle for a +100% XP boost during the event and sip from the cauldron to wear your skeletal guise (if you don't mind losing all of your flesh!). Receive Event Tickets (3 per day) from the first boss you slay each day -- don't forget to loot them from their corpses along with your Plunder Skulls!
    • This year, we introduce the Grave Dancer weapon style pages and fragments for the Throw Bones memento, both of which have a chance to drop from Plunder Skulls. These pages, as well as the complete memento, are also available on the Impresario for 5 Event Tickets each.
    • Many of the rewards from previous years have been removed from Plunder Skulls to increase your chances of getting the newer stuff, but don't fear! The Impresario sells a grab bag for 2 Event Tickets each that contain one random component that you have yet to unlock for these bygone treasures. The item fragments included in this grab bag include:
      • Spectre Mask
      • Hollowjack Motif
      • Apple-Bobbing Cauldron
      • Skeletal Marionette
    • Lastly, we introduce our final indrik morph for 2020 (and perhaps for all time), the Crimson Indrik. The first two berries are available on the Impresario for 10 Event Tickets each. What new morphing treasures are coming in 2021? You'll have to wait and see!

      • Magicka Detonation
      • Proxy Detonation

      • Shock Clench
      • Blood Mist
      • Borrowed Time

      • Conjured Ward
