you could also sell a helper minion that goes and fetches , buys stuff for you , and puts in bank
    only $100
    gg ^&*
    Oh, now i 'C', lol ( * & ^ )
Finally realized it is supposed to be about 'friends' online, lol; i thought it was about 'enemies' online, hmm
Well, i can (must) buy the darkwood (?) sry, lol; blackwood expansion to get the companions, right? i'm looking into it right now.
If they gonna put companions in the game, i'm a fool to say no (and be a f2p peon grinder, lol; feel for u, i used to do to) ;#)

I've been seeing fewer listings for things lately too - I'm wondering if it's just that people are involved in not only events, but antiquities to the exclusion of other things like farming motifs? Or maybe people just aren't using traders as much right now, being busy with other things.

I got the minotaur chest during the Anniversary event - this year on my second account NA and both accounts EU, last year on my main account NA - along with a LOT of other fairly rare to extremely scarce style pages.

I think quite a few regular players have left, on PC/EU anyway and that is affecting guild stores.

...and then there is the knock-on effect, that if fewer people are playing, fewer are buying, so it then makes the other remaining players less inclined to bother listing stuff.

Then people get sick of not being able to buy stuff, so they leave eventually and so on.

    It's a vicious circle.

Plenty of people seem to return for the events, but very few seem to be staying in between them.

In my opinion, events are a bad thing, especially in the case of a game with performance issues.

It would be better to give better rewards, in general and scrap all but the most important events (i.e. a couple of seasonal ones, for flavour and the anniversary one).

Welcome to the Console Experience. Now you understand.

I don't know how anyone, who wants to buy anything specific, plays this game on console.

I wish TTC to go away so people finally realise how cancerous and outdated trade system is.
I would like to see a bulletin board in the main city of every zone.
That just helps these speculators sorry, guild traders to operate faster.

Those "speculators" would still have to visit any trader that lists the item to find the good price. So not a lot faster. Just allows skipping traders that do not have the item in question. Also needs to be pointed out for a lot of players trading is their end game. It is the most fun part of the game for them. They put as much time into trading as players do looking to finish on the leader board for trials. A central zone specific board that does not give prices allows the players that enjoy looking for bargains and flipping them the opportunity to still do that while also providing an avenue for people wanting to obtain an item quickly no matter the price a way to find that item.

The system is good. It just needs a few tweaks.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Like one has done it in former times - by social networking - you ask your friends and they ask others until it is found.
