Summerset 2020 How to get Event Tickets

Hi, smart people. This is only my second event, so I'm very confused. I'm doing tons of stuff in Summerset, but getting zero tickets. Killed delve boss, too, and got fishing bait in my reward coffer. Not too happy about that. So how do I get event tickets? The offical ESO page never explains it.

✭✭✭You need to do one of the daily quests. Or in the case of cloudrest trial, it's endlessly repeatable and gives a special coffer weekly, but doing that once a day also gives tickets.
The other daily quests are in Alinor, fairly central. They have a blue quest marker. The one for geysirs requires unlocking somehow, but the other two will be readily available for you. It'll be one quest that centers around a delve, and one quest that centers around a world boss. Doing any one of these quests will give you your daily tickets.
I don't know if this information is in-game, but the news article also contains all this info.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, the first of those above mentioned dailies you do each day, gets you your full 'ration' of 3 event tickets per account per day. So the key is to do one daily there per day. If you do a second one, you can simply wait until the next day to turn it in. What counts is the day you turn it in. confirmed. you will get multiple coffers (purple ) on other characters for the dailies, but you will only get the 3 tickets (and 1 "grand" coffer) on the first character that completes them each day.0 -

Correct, it won't get you additional tickets or the special once-a-day reward coffer-- unless your other character is on a different server (PC EU versus PC NA, for example).
On the other hand, you'll be able to earn additional Summerset Coffers that way-- although you can just as easily run around farming mats, killing overland mobs, and so on, since those also have a chance to drop Summerset Coffers.Edited by SeaGtGruff on July 24, 2020 4:54AMI've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭You can buy only two of the new feathers during this event, so you only need 20 tickets. If you manage to get more than 20 tickets, you can use them to buy some of the furniture, a feather for a new nascent Indrik or some of the new outfit pages.0

✭✭I wouldn't recommend wasting tickets on outfit pages. The guild banks will be flooding with this stuff for free by the end of the event since the drop rates are pretty good. That ot it'll be really cheap in guild stores. There are still tons of leftover pages from Companion styles and those Paladin ones from Anniversary event. The only ones that are usually hard to get are the PvP ones, but even then I'd recommend buying them for gold instead of using a limited resource like tickets, unless you don't care about indriks of course."I bear the cruel weight of certainty. Feathers are always available, you can get the basic Indrik for 40 tickets over the course of a year if you want. To get a special version, you need the four berries for that quarter plus the basic version, (80 total tickets). The berries are only available during events in a three month period, 1-2 becoming available with each event. Focus on getting the berries first, if you want that particular mount. Get the features as you spend down excess tickets.
Example: this event you get the two berries that dropped, then 1 feather. Any extra tickets left gives you a jump start to get the 3rd berry for the next event. This means you should probably be able to get 2 more feathers. Then the final event, get the last berry and feather.
P.S. you lose the basic version when you evolve it, and will need to collect 4 more feathers for another basic mount. Also don't miss the last event as that's the only time to get the final berry. I will have to reread, but I actually came here to do that. Yesterday I had 3 event tickets prior to turning in a daily which then gave me 6. Today, I expected to have 9 upon turning in my daily, but when I checked my tickets, I had SEVEN. Since I don't scroll down the list of rewards when I loot, it is possible a geyser is where my odd ticket came from. So maybe your first geyser of the day has a chance to reward one ticket? I know that's the only extra ticket in 4 days of doing the events so...0 -

✭✭✭In this event, like others have stated already, you need to complete a daily quest for the event tickets.
The wording on the event page was really unclear to be honest. When I killed a world boss the first day, I didn't receive any event tickets, which kinda freaked me out. As normally we get event tickets directly from kills(boss kills). After looking over the event page again, I noticed the words "daily quest" after naming all the things you could do to get the tickets. While in my mind I read it as I can kill delve bosses, world bosses, etc, to get the tickets.1 -

You can't get tickets from killing a world boss, at least not by looting its corpse, only for turning in a daily job. But you can (sometimes) get purple coffers from looting a world boss' corpse, and there could potentially be a style page or motif page in the coffer. So either you didn't know what they were talking about, or they didn't know what they were talking about.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

I did pry a little and they said they had just started playing recently and this was their first ever event. They said they have 7 tickets from two days of participating in the event and are positive it came from a coffer. Bug maybe then? 🤷Edited by Pink_E_808 on July 28, 2020 10:53PM0
