They removed proc chance of affliction set so a necro with blastbone + this set will apply major+ minor defile 100% of the time..lol

ThePedge✭✭✭✭✭Pretty much had 100% uptime of Minor Defile from Affliction anyway. Damage is still 4 second cool-down though.0

✭✭Can get the same "defilement"with lethal arrow and Cyrodiils Ward set,although probably not to the same magnitude of damage as a Necro.0 -
Machete✭✭✭Blastbones is disease damage anyway. If they get the "Diseased" proc debuff on someone that is minor defile
