Greymoor quests still bugged but no patch on Monday?

Or am I missing something?

Announcement (which is broken again and not showing in General) says "maintenance", not "patch maintenance" and there was no patch last week.
"Lady of Blood", "Greymoor Rising" and "Hounds of Hircine" weren't fixed yet (if I didn't miss a patch). So it's two months now that we cannot finish main chapter story? I know there are workarounds and invisible mute NPC isn't exaclty blocking any progress, but I fail to see the point of trying to experience the story in such state.

    Those quests are bugged for you? Weird. I could finish them without problems already a few weeks ago.

    I have a Blackreach quest though, which is bugged. I just checked the name: It's "Prisoner of the Past". Fortunately, it's just a delve quest and nothing from the main story. I've tried restarting it several times, with no effect.

    Yup. We should be getting a patch this coming Monday, but between Stadia, PTS, and COVID, I suspect that they are focusing efforts on Update 27. They barely fixed anything with the last patch, probably for the same reason.

    Yeah, it’s weird these quests have gone so long without being fixed yet. I did find a workaround for Lady of Blood.

    Someone posted that if you look at the bookshelf in third person and then use faint emote it causes your character to clip into the bookshelf enough to be able to read the book. I tried it on PS4 and it worked beautifully.

    Quests always seem to be close to the bottom of the list. Personally, I think that the re-learning time for a dev to go into a quest and understand what was being done so that they can find out what is wrong, is large. Then, after that, they have to figure out what the fix is and find the person who ultimately has to fix it.

    Zos tends to continue with updates to the live server when a PTS is up and they continue with this when Greymoor PTS was up. Their maintenance and patches of the live server have not stopped due to either of these. Stadia is just a scheduling issue.

    If you go by history, ZOS also tends to roll fixes into the Update as it gets closer to release, rather than putting them on Live, first. For a while, it was possible to predict upcoming Update announcements for PTS by watching the volume and mix of patch content. Once it dropped on PTS, it became apparent when reading the Live patch notes that they were pushing fixes into the Update.

    With this whole COVID thing going on, and the cluster[snip] that was Greymoor launch, I expect that they are focusing QA more on the Update than on Live patches. Given that, and that they have to QA changes for Stadia, I would not be surprised if we get no Live patches, or maybe just one more tiny one, between now and Update 27.

    Hounds of Hircine - Rasir is invisible and mute when you find him (but dialog works)
    Lady of Blood - Gwendis dialogue doesn't match voice
    Greymoor Rising - I've heard about bookshelf bug and some (fixed, afaik) bug with final boss. Got so disappointed with lack of fixes that didn't get to that point, honestly

    Doesn't U27 launch in like a month or so? In that case I don't expect any fixes until it drops, even of game breaking stuff unless it legitimately prevents the majority of the player base from playing.

    "Prisoner of the Past" in Midnight Barrow: You have to collect 4 pieces of armor, but while you can pick them up, the quest does not update.
