What actions fill up the Ultimate Meter for this Ultimate Ability? Are there certain actions or things done that will grant more Ultimate Points than others?

Spriggen✭✭✭Just study your class, and build something that revolves around the werewolf.
You need to be melee if you want to take advantage of the Blood Rage passive and just look for items that give you a percentage in ultimate build up.0 -
Brittany_Joy✭✭✭✭The Two-Handed skill line has a cleave morph called carve that grants 3 ultimate for each enemy hit. The Nightblade siphon skill line has a passive that grants 2 ultimate when you deal damage with a siphon ability. The Sorcerer Daedric Summoning skill line has a passive called Powerstone which reduces the ultimate cost by 15%. The Fighter's Guild skill line grants 9 ultimate when killing daedric or undead enemies. The Alliance War, Assault skill line grants 25 ultimate when killing enemy players. The Dragonknight, Earthen Heart skill line has a passive that gives an additional 2 ultimate when using an earthen heart abilities. The templar's Dawn's Wrath skill line has a passive named Prism which gives 2 ultimate when using one of its abilities. Lastly, there is a set called Salvation which reduces the werewolf's transformation cost by 33% and comes in lvl 46-50 versions. Once you increase your level you will have access to more ultimate gaining abilities and passives.
