The red "Missing" boxes
Probably this issue will not have a high priority but I saw a lot of red boxes with the text "Missing"on it.
I always report them with a screenshot to the customer service.
Is it just me or do other people also see a lot of red "Missing" boxes?

I wonder if a lot of people see them, because 2 of my friends didn't find any red "Missing"boxes while I see them almost everyday.
Did you play with friends while you were in Cyrodiil?
If so, did they also see the red "Missing"box?

Pseudolo✭✭✭I see so many of them I don't bother anymore. I would think it's a problem on our side, but then whenever I reload the red boxes disappear from where they were and reappear somewhere else...0 -

I have never seen a red box until yesterday, when entering the fighters guild forge (the reapers march portal) to try to help a guildie. Strange, I didnt see it the first time I was there

I saw red boxes only 1 time, yesterday. After relog they dissapeared so I think these boxes is a problem on your side. Maybe some kind of a problem with RAM, some textures load not correctly or with big delay... that`s only my thoughts of course

Guizan✭✭✭I wonder if /reloadui fixes the red boxes for those who see them. It probably won't but still worth testing. To me it looks like the loading of the zone for the player experiencing the bug has failed to complete for some reason.0

I have a brand new computer so I don't think it's an issue caused by my computer. My system memory RAM, processor and everything are much higher than the minimum system requirements to play ESO.
I've been playing ESO from the first early access day.

Pixie123✭that is indeed a lot of red boxes. I haven't seen one since beta. Maybe you need to repair? Im sure there are not meant to be so many red boxes :S1 -
DrywFiltiarn✭✭✭I've come across it once in one of the mages guild buildings. Can't recall what zone it was, but have /bug'ed it.
Funny to see though that not only apparently the boxes got textures assigned that aren't available, they're in very odd locations as well. But looking at those screenshots it could well be that boxes with missing textures get blown up in size, so that they're very hard to miss.0 -
Korozenn✭✭✭✭This isn't an issue with missing game files that you can simply Repair if the files are still there---when you enter a building and come back to that same area, does it still show these objects as "Missing"? If it does show the environment in that same area with no problems at all, then it's clearly a bug.
That's the case for me.
In Auridon, I experienced the bug near the Guard's Forge. The blacksmithing anvils were "Missing" (not the ones you craft with, though). Walked into the Vulkhel Guard Manor & Treasury after experiencing this bug near the Guard's Forge, came back out and headed to the Guard's Forge, and the objects loaded with no "Missing" boxes to be seen anywhere.
Haven't had another issue like that since, but I'm sure it's a server-side bug---there's no way the game could load those files if they were client-side.0 -

Ulvich✭✭✭✭✭This can be anything from a rock, a chair or anything. It's really nothing to worry about. It's just the texture for that model hasn't fully loaded yet. Go back to it in about 10-15 minutes and chances are you won't see the box.- BETA Group: 85 b 9

You cannot enter other instances (phases are when you're moved away from other players within the same instance) by entering the Vulkhel Guard Manor & Treasury. The only way you 'can' log onto another active instance is by switching your zone or logging-out, and you're still not guaranteed to be placed in another instance even then.
This was tested in the same instance, same phase as I was in previously before heading to the Manor, so it's definitely a bug.0
