As title says: Are Bethesda drops no longer guaranteed?
I watched at least 15 mins of Bethesda in my main tab, not muted, and got nothing.

They don’t tell us what triggers twitch drops ... but you can improve your chances by watching ESO Live in it’s entirety.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I watched it in its entirety. side account - got the drop. main account - did NOT. at this point out of sheer desperation, because Bethesda specific drops have been that inconsistent for me on main account, I disconnected and reconnected my ESo and bethesda accounts to my twitch account. I'm hoping this will help. but this has been happening with more then one live at this point. and seems like not just to me. consistently.
and just to cover all the bases, because I know that certain individuals will blame anything and anyone else, before blaming bethesda/ZoS.
I have separate e-mail accounts and separate twitch accounts as well as separate zos/bethesda accounts for my ESO accounts. I'm still getting stream team drops. i WAS logged in. and yes, to reiterate, I watched the ENTIRE stream. even chatted with guildies about contest winners, while it was going on. no, my stream was not muted. in short. I did exactly the same thing I've been doing for years. it just suddenly stopped working. but only for bethesda streams.
P.S. in their very description of how to get drops, they specify to watch for at least 10 minutes to qualify for the drops. they do not say - watch entire stream. yes, for "ESO live" as well.Edited by Linaleah on July 25, 2020 7:27PMdirty worthless casual.

They stated some time ago that 10 mins trigger guaranteed drops.
So my conclusion is, either they "forgot" to tell us that drops are no longer guaranteed, or they have both kinds of drops and don't tell us when which are on.
But feel free to blame me instead of Bethesda/Zeni.
Edit: I just recognize how strangely your explanation fits the question of guaranteed drops.

it shouldn't matter, at least from my experience. but.. to add to the list of things I did do, personaly. account that didn't get the drops was set online. account that DID get the crate is perpetually set to offline and was continuing to be set offline for the duration of the stream.dirty worthless casual.

✭✭✭✭✭I always thought that it was just RNG rolls every certain time interval.
Easy mode for receiving them is to simply have a tab on a stream that you like and then you're free to mute system audio (Twitch player is not muted in the app) and/or browse in other tabs and/or play ESO with the browser on a different tab and/or just go walk your dog or go bike riding or running with the stream up for an hour or two in the background.
Using that method I've never missed a drop.0 -

✭I have never NOT received a drop when they were enabled. On two occasions - I got 2 in a single day (not including the times when Gina added a drop).

right. this is what I've been doing for years. and it worked for years. still works for regular streams. its bethesda streams specifically that re wonky, and unlike regular streams that have a chance of a drop - bethesda streams, especially ESO live? are supposed to be guaranteed. but haven't been for a number of account recently, apparently.
so to reiterate. the issue is NOT with the user. the issue is with whatever is happening to bethesda streams. maybe they forgot to make those guaranteed. or something else. who even knows.

side account got crate shortly after the stream, and another one in the morning. main account got nothing. morning crate not being there isn't surprising, since that one is rng based, but live crate should have been there. and it wasn't.dirty worthless casual.
