Looking for a piece of a set but found misleading information on the web

Hey guys I would like to know which website you use to find your sets pieces, yesterday I was looking for Iceclaw of the witchman (a unique dagger of witchman set) and spend a way too much time on a specific boss (Rendrasa in slaver camp) in shadowfen because that's what this two websites mentioned:

For the Iceclaw of the Witchman item it says this:
Location: Rendrasa, Slaver Camp in Shadowfen

Now after long hours of not dropping, I attempted to search again for this item, and found this two websites:

http://teso-guides.com/the-elder-scrolls-online-item-sets-witchman-armor?cn-reloaded=1

Which state that this troll cave bosses drops Iceclaw of the witchman.

So my question is, now that I am CP160 I will be farming a lot of sets and would like to know which is the valid information available you use out there,

I usually use eso-sets because it's generally accurate and easy to search.

Fextralife is trash.

I think uesp is generally considered the most accurate, but I find it hard to search/navigate.

I don't really know anything about teso-guides.

Thanks for your input, however the second pair of websites were the ones correct in this case, uesp and teso, this unique piece of witchman set dropped for a friend that was in my party in the troll bosses (the rift), sadly he was on a low lvl char, so I will need to keep farming that boss.
I was using eso-sets aswell , seemed like a good source of info, but only after so many hours I left Rendrasa from the slaver camp and went to the troll cave.
