Seriously though writing out entire posts in caps is just going to distract from what you are trying to say and make most people dismiss you immediately whether you have a valid point or not.

To be fair, combat physician requires quite a sacrifice on live for its 5-piece, and since you can't control who gets buffed by it on live thanks to the healing system, buffing it may not really be an issue IMO. The set is in a pretty worthless state on live since it can't even reliably offer the wearer something, unlike nearly every other set in the game.
If someone wears that set to support their group, they better be prepared to be squishy because they will pay for it elsewhere.
