a noob steal my 6 year old guild stole

hello everyone i play eso from day 1 is 110% normal sometime you need to take break of the game
sadly this time, the time i comeback i lost all the control of my guild
my guild is a dead guild he are a bunch of friend coming from other game he play warhammer online sadly most of them drop eso after the first year
he dont looking to invite player but sometime some player asking for help and asking for invite so np sadly 1 little snake backstable me the time i take a break of the game because my mom have 2 cancer and i really dont have the mind to play game , this little snake make a gm ticket and ask for the control of my guild , sadly this gm never send me any email or anything this really *** me off , what next time ? i will dont play and the gm will give my password and account to someone making a request ???????? wt crap is this ??????? now this little snake remove the rank to everyone and kick out player and also destoy all item in the guild bank , everything i put my self inside inside that bank is gone and i lost my 500 slot bank , this little snake know this guild is dead the time he invite him , and is very for a GM to look the history of that guild and is very clear what this little snake is doing , this is terrible gm dont have to interfere in guild at least seend some email or something , now some not honest player just try to steal guild from other

Make a Support ticket with ZOS explaining that the wrong account was erroneously given control of your guild. Post the ticket number here so any mods who take a look can check it's progress or ask further questions.

i can not believe this crap , one player in the game told me, this is something player do right now , and go read this on reddit is got a huge topic https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/hsm990/zenimax_giving_away_guilds/ this is just bad Zenimax for sure if i dont have my guild back never i will drop 1$ on the game again is got any reason for getting stole after no way

I've heard the other side of this sort of story before.

"ZOS, my GM has been away from the game for over a year. We would love to keep the guild going, but we can't progress without a GM. Is it possible to promote one of the officers to leadership role so that the guild can continue?"

There are always two sides to every story. ZOS has transferred leadership before, but if you feel they have done so in error, contact them and see what you can do about it.

I'd have to say that if you have been gone this long and the current leadership (and I assume members) are happy with how it's going now, they will likely leave if leadership transfers back to you. Would it not be easier to just make a new guild at this point?

he are not a public active guild and he make this very clear to the few noob asking for help , this is very easy to check for a gm

he maybe invite 3 or 4 player max the last 5 year

for sure never i will invite someone or help someone again

No offense but if you went took a long break then it is not surprising one of the members tried to take over the guild as they might have tried to do something with it. Guilds are not actually the property of players which is why Zos will give leadership to another member if the leader has been away from the game for a while.

Since none of the other members are active Zos is likely to give you back your lead but tickets are delayed by at least two weeks due to COVID so be patient. Also, only reply to the ticket if Zos comments on it or it will get sent back farther in the queue. Same with creating duplicate tickets.

However, taking another break runs the risk of another player becoming the leader since we do not own the guild.

also the time i come online this little snake kick me out , for i dont take back my guild this is a joke , never again i will help noob , in live i never bite the hand that feed me i have the minium of honor something scrub in this generation dont have

Question Reference # 200717-007540 just put back everything like before ,this little thief just remove the rank and kick out player and stole the bank guild , i put my self everything in that guild bank my self , all history will show this , 110% sure after i will kick out this thief , i dont care to have lost all itenm and gold but at least i will take back my guild bank gold and item are not the issue
but the guild bank , i have np to provide all info you need
