Have access to steam teso, but not to zenimax account site, what to do?

Hey guys so what was happened with my another old eso account i bought past in 2017 or so

i can play in ESO thru steam, and all good
but i cant login to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ because i lost access to an email that was used to register it, and cant restore it

i filled a ticket like 30 or 40 days ago, and posted my new email there, but i received 0 emails from ZOS to my new email
what to do? i dont remember the ticket number

should i fill the new ticket? what if it will be ignored too?

Hi @Env_t, if you don't have a current ticket number, please go ahead and open up another support ticket for this issue. Post the number in this thread so we can ensure your ticket gets to the right place.

@ZOS_Chiroptera actually, i can login now using that shiny Steam login button!

but at the account settings still listed old email
and when im trying to change it, its asking about secret answer i dont remember

what to do?

and i cant login with id and password because i dont remember password
and i cant restore password because i lost access to the old email

Start an account recovery Support ticket, @Env_t ... and choose the category that is "closest" to your issue.

I had the same issue a few years ago.
I've been playing since beta and I had the game linked to an email adress, that around the same time got lost.
I didn't think much about it, until I actually cared enough about some type of subject here on the forum and I realized I couldn't reach my activation code (since it was linked to my old email adress) to give a reply.
I did what @Taleof2Cities said and after a while I got my things sorted.
